Test terminals lead out signal loop for field signal testing and fault diagnosis.
Installation Requirements Mount terminal assembly on standard DIN rail inside control cabinet and lock fixed buckle. Connect shielded twisted-pair field cables and tighten each terminal screw. Adopt single-point grounding for cable shield wire inside cabinet. Confirm top contact pins fully contact with I/O module after module installation. Separate analog signal wiring from high voltage power cables.
Precautions for Use Cut off power of field instruments before wiring modification. Check terminal screw tightness in regular cabinet inspection. Do not apply overvoltage to signal terminals. Keep contact pins free from dust and metal debris. Do not modify internal circuit of terminal assembly.
