Functional Features: Dual channel shaft displacement measurement. Automatic sensor cable length compensation. Hardware alarm and trip threshold judgment. Dry contact relay output for protection action. Built-in sensor fault detection for probe break or short circuit. LED indicators display channel status, alarm and trip status. Real-time data upload through digital communication. Supports local parameter configuration.
Application Scenarios: Steam turbine shaft displacement monitoring, centrifugal compressor shaft vibration protection, generator rotor eccentricity monitoring, large axial flow fan shaft position monitoring, high-speed pump shaft rubbing protection, chemical rotating machinery safety monitoring system.
Performance Parameters: Measurement accuracy: ±1.5% full scale Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 196000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing: UL94-V0 flame-retardant metal shell. Main printed circuit board: FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Backplane connector pins: gold-plated copper alloy. Signal terminal blocks: nickel-plated brass. Side locking buckles: reinforced engineering plastic.
Structural Features: Standard rack plug-in module. Two side locking latches fix module to rack backplane. Front panel equipped with LED status indicators and signal terminals. Rear multi-pin gold-plated connector connects rack backplane power and bus. Internal metal shielding layer suppresses electromagnetic interference. Ventilation slots on shell for passive heat dissipation.
Working Principle: Eddy current probe detects the gap between probe tip and rotating shaft surface. The probe sends analog signal to MMS6110 module. Internal signal conditioning circuit compensates cable length and converts signal to displacement value. The module compares measured displacement value with preset alarm and trip threshold. When shaft displacement exceeds limit, relay contact triggers protection output. Real-time measurement data transmits to upper monitoring system through RS485 bus.
Installation Requirements: Insert module into specified slot of MMS rack and lock latches. Use dedicated shielded coaxial cable for eddy current probe wiring. Separate probe cable and high-power motor cable. Cut off rack power before installing or removing module. Complete cable length compensation and threshold setting after power on.
Precautions for Use: Probe cable cannot be cut or spliced arbitrarily. Wear anti-static wristband in maintenance work. Check probe installation gap regularly. Do not install in environment with oil mist and corrosive vapor. Calibrate module and probe on fixed maintenance cycle.
