Functional Features: Dual redundant 24 VDC power input and automatic switching. Built-in overcurrent, overvoltage and reverse polarity protection. LED indicators display each power channel status and fault alarm. Power status signal output to DCS monitoring system. Screw terminals for power cable connection. Electronic identification for DeltaV system automatic recognition. EMC filtering suppresses power supply noise.
Application Scenarios: Critical chemical DCS control cabinet, oil and gas safety control system, power plant main control cabinet, large paper mill automation cabinet, pharmaceutical GMP production control system, municipal critical water treatment control cabinet.
Performance Parameters: Power switching time: less than 10 ms Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 230000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing adopts UL94-V0 flame-retardant thermoplastic. Main PCB uses FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Power terminals use thick nickel-plated brass. Backplane connector pins use gold-plated copper alloy. DIN rail clip is stainless steel.
Structural Features: DIN rail snap mounting structure. Front panel is equipped with power input/output terminals and LED indicators. Rear multi-pin connector transmits power to backplane bus. Internal power switching circuit isolates two power input channels. Heat dissipation fins are reserved for power circuit cooling. Top locking buckle for module fixing.
Working Principle: Two independent 24 VDC power sources access redundant input terminals. Internal power switching circuit monitors voltage of two power channels in real time. When one power supply fails, the circuit automatically switches to another power source without power interruption. Overcurrent protection circuit cuts off output when overload occurs. Power status signal transmits to DeltaV system for fault alarm.
Installation Requirements: Install module on standard 35 mm DIN rail inside control cabinet. Use heavy gauge power cables for power input wiring. Separate power cable and signal cable wiring routes. Tighten power terminals with specified torque. Cut off both redundant power sources before module replacement.
Precautions for Use: Do not exceed maximum rated output current. Wear anti-static wristband during maintenance. Check power terminal temperature and tightness periodically. Keep heat dissipation fins free of dust. Do not install in high temperature environment.
