Functional Features: Wide-range AC input. Stable 24 VDC output for machinery protection rack. Supports redundant parallel operation. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature protection. LED indicators show power running and fault state. Dry contact alarm output for power failure. EMC anti-interference design for heavy industrial environment.
Application Scenarios: Steam turbine machinery protection rack, centrifugal compressor monitoring cabinet, generator set protection system, large industrial fan vibration monitoring rack, petrochemical rotating machinery protection cabinet, metallurgical rolling equipment monitoring system.
Performance Parameters: Output voltage precision: ±1% Power conversion efficiency: higher than 87% Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 222000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing adopts UL94-V0 flame-retardant metal shell. Main printed circuit board uses FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Input and output terminals use nickel-plated brass. Internal power semiconductor components are industrial grade. Rack backplane connector pins use gold-plated copper alloy.
Structural Features: Standard rack plug-in module. Two side locking latches fix module to rack backplane. Front panel equipped with LED indicators and power wiring terminals. Internal heat sink for power device heat dissipation. Rear multi-pin connector transmits DC power to rack backplane. Internal isolation barrier separates AC input and DC output circuit.
Working Principle: AC power enters module from input terminals. Internal rectifier, filter and switching power circuit convert AC to stable 24 VDC. DC power supplies all monitoring modules in machinery protection rack. Protection circuit monitors output parameters and internal temperature continuously. When fault triggers, module cuts off output and activates alarm relay contact.
Installation Requirements: Insert module into designated slot of MMS rack and lock latches. Select wire gauge according to input current. Separate AC power cable and sensor signal cable. Cut off AC input power before installing or removing module. Set up redundant power supply according to system design.
Precautions for Use: Do not exceed rated output current. Wear insulating gloves when connecting AC power cable. Check heat sink and terminals periodically for dust and looseness. Ensure reliable protective earth connection. Stop operation if abnormal noise or overheating occurs.
