Description
Emerson SP6402
Technical Specifications: Power supply: 24 VDC Communication interface: RS485 Operating temperature: 0 ℃ to 60 ℃ Storage temperature: -40 ℃ to 85 ℃ Relative humidity: 5% to 95% non-condensing Mounting: standard rack plug-in installation Protection grade: IP20
Functional Features: Collect data from all MMS modules in the rack. Real-time upload vibration, displacement and speed measurement data. Upload alarm, trip and fault event records. Support remote parameter configuration of each monitoring module. LED indicators show power, communication and fault status. Built-in event memory stores fault history. EMC filtering improves communication anti-interference ability.
Application Scenarios: Steam turbine centralized monitoring system, centrifugal compressor machinery protection data transmission, generator set condition monitoring, large fan vibration data upload, petrochemical rotating equipment monitoring rack, metallurgical machinery protection system.
Performance Parameters: Communication baud rate: adjustable up to 115200 bps Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 205000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing uses UL94-V0 flame-retardant metal shell. Main PCB uses FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Backplane connector pins use gold-plated copper alloy. Communication terminal blocks use nickel-plated brass. Side locking latches use reinforced engineering plastic.
Structural Features: Standard rack plug-in module structure. Two side locking latches fix module to rack backplane. Front panel has LED indicators and communication wiring terminals. Rear multi-pin gold-plated connector connects rack backplane bus. Internal metal shielding layer suppresses electromagnetic interference. Vent slots for passive heat dissipation.
Working Principle: The module communicates with each monitoring module through rack backplane bus and collects real-time measurement and status data. Data is processed and stored in internal memory. The module exchanges data with upper monitoring system via RS485 interface. It receives configuration command from upper software and downloads parameters to each MMS module. Event records are stored and uploaded when requested.
Installation Requirements: Insert module into designated slot of MMS rack and lock latches. Use shielded twisted pair cable for RS485 communication wiring. Separate communication cable and high-voltage power cable. Cut off rack power before plugging or removing module. Set communication address and baud rate after power on.
Precautions for Use: Terminate communication bus at both ends according to bus design. Wear anti-static wristband during maintenance. Check communication cable connection regularly. Do not install in environment with oil mist and corrosive vapor. Back up module configuration parameters before replacement.
