Structural Characteristics Vertical rectangular modular structure. DIN rail clip is fixed on rear side. Front panel arranges AC input terminals, DC output terminals and power status LED. Internal layout separates power circuit and signal circuit to reduce electromagnetic crosstalk. No fan, heat dissipation relies on metal housing natural convection.
Working Principle AC mains enters input terminal and passes EMI filter circuit to suppress grid interference. The high frequency switching circuit converts AC to stable 24V DC output. Internal sampling circuit continuously monitors input voltage, output voltage, output current and internal temperature. When abnormal state occurs, protection circuit cuts off power output. After fault removal, module restores output automatically.
Installation Requirements
- Align DIN rail clip to DIN35 rail and snap the module firmly. Confirm no shaking.
- Connect AC input cable to input terminals, connect protective earth wire. Install matching fuse on input side.
- Connect DC output cable to output terminals, ensure cable cross-section matches rated current. Tighten all terminal screws.
- Leave minimum 25mm clearance around the module for heat dissipation. Do not block housing surface.
- Connect protective ground wire to cabinet grounding bar, grounding resistance less than 4 ohms.
- Check wiring before power on. Confirm no short circuit on DC output loop.
Usage Precautions
- Do not apply AC voltage beyond 85-264V range. Overvoltage destroys internal power components.
- Do not run output load over 15A rated current continuously. Overload accelerates capacitor aging.
- Only install inside control cabinet. Do not use in outdoor, high humidity or corrosive gas environment.
- Disconnect AC input and wait for capacitor discharge before disassembly during maintenance.
- Do not remove metal housing. Internal circuit contains high voltage. No field serviceable parts. Replace whole module upon failure.
- Regularly cut off power and blow dust from heat dissipation gap. Dust accumulation causes over temperature protection
