Performance Parameters The biped balance control algorithm maintains stable walking on flat ground and can complete active balance recovery under external impact disturbance. The stereo vision and LiDAR fusion system achieves centimeter-level environment mapping accuracy. Joint servo response speed meets millisecond-level motion adjustment requirements, and continuous repeated motion maintains consistent torque output. The battery management system precisely monitors cell voltage and temperature, and automatically triggers power-off protection when abnormal states are detected. The mechanical structure can withstand repeated impact generated by normal walking and squatting movements without permanent deformation.
Material Composition External shell: High-strength lightweight carbon fiber composite material and modified ABS engineering plastic. Joint housing: High-strength aluminum alloy with surface anodizing treatment. Internal circuit boards: FR4 multi-layer industrial printed circuit boards with conformal coating. Core electronic components: Joint servo motor, harmonic reducer, torque sensor, IMU inertial measurement unit, computing module, lithium battery management chip. Fasteners: High-strength alloy steel anti-loosening screws. Internal cable: High-flex shielded drag chain cable resistant to repeated bending.
Structural Features Modular split body structure, including head, torso, two upper limbs and two lower limbs. The head integrates visual sensors, LiDAR and voice pickup and playback components. Torso compartment accommodates dual computing boards, battery pack and main power distribution circuit. Each joint is an integrated servo module integrating motor, reducer, torque sensor and position encoder. Internal wiring adopts routing channels reserved in the mechanical structure to prevent cable abrasion during joint rotation. Mechanical limit structures are installed on all moving joints to prevent over-rotation damage to mechanical parts. The bottom of the foot is equipped with flexible anti-slip buffer pads and built-in foot pressure sensors.
Working Principle After the robot is powered on, the battery management system supplies power to the joint actuators, perception sensors and dual computing boards. The inertial measurement unit and foot pressure sensors collect the robot’s posture and contact force data in real time. The computing unit runs the motion planning algorithm to calculate the target angle and torque of each joint, and sends control commands to each joint servo through the internal high-speed bus. Stereo cameras and LiDAR collect environmental data, which is transmitted to the Jetson Orin GPU for AI inference, target recognition and path planning. When the robot encounters obstacles, the perception system feeds back position information to the motion control unit, which adjusts the walking trajectory in real time. If the robot tilts beyond the safe threshold, the balance recovery algorithm triggers rapid joint adjustment to prevent falling. All operating data is recorded locally, and can be uploaded to the cloud platform for remote monitoring and algorithm update.
Installation Requirements Place the robot on flat, solid indoor ground before power-on startup, remove all obstacles within the activity range. Connect the dedicated charger to the charging port for battery charging, and keep the charging environment ventilated. Complete software parameter configuration and motion zero-point calibration through the upper computer before the formal test operation. Ensure the wireless network signal is stable when using remote development and cloud functions. Reserve sufficient operating space for the robot’s walking, squatting and arm movement to avoid collision with surrounding objects.
Usage Precautions The robot can only operate in indoor environments, and it is forbidden to use it in outdoor rainy, dusty or high-humidity scenes. Do not manually apply excessive external force to twist the robot joints when the robot is powered on. Check the tightness of shell screws and cable integrity before each startup. Do not disassemble the joint module and battery pack without professional authorization. Stop operation immediately when abnormal noise, overheating or alarm prompts occur, and cut off the power supply for inspection. Avoid charging the robot in a sealed high-temperature environment. Do not use organic solvents to wipe the shell and optical sensor lenses; use only clean soft cloth for cleaning.
