Performance Parameters Operating temperature range 0℃ to 60℃ Relative humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing Low differential signal attenuation Anti-vibration performance suitable for cabinet working environment Stable data transmission under long continuous running
Material Composition Twisted pair copper conductors Flame retardant insulation material Copper braid shielding layer Molded plastic connector housing Gold-plated contact pins
Structural Features Round shielded cable structure Molded dedicated connectors on both cable ends Strain relief protection at connector root Cable outer label printed with part number and length Predefined pin assignment for redundancy synchronization signal
Working Principle Differential high-speed synchronization data transmits through twisted pair conductors. Copper braid shielding layer connects to cabinet protective ground to block external electromagnetic noise. The cable continuously transfers real-time control state, process variable and register data from primary processor to standby processor, maintaining identical operating state for two redundant controllers.
Installation Requirements Arrange cable inside cabinet, avoid sharp bending and excessive tension Insert connectors fully and lock connector latches Keep redundancy cable routing away from high voltage and high current power cables Fix cable loosely to absorb mechanical vibration inside cabinet Verify connector pin integrity before power on operation
Precautions for Use Do not stretch cable or sharply bend cable body Do not cut or modify original cable length Check connector pins for damage before installation Replace cable assembly when repeated redundancy synchronization fault occurs Do not use generic common cable to replace this dedicated redundancy cable
