Description
Honeywell 51308035-100
Technical Specifications Channel Quantity: 16 channels, grouped isolation with 4 channels per group Output Type: 24V DC solid-state transistor output Single Channel Rated Load: 0.5A Power Supply: 24V DC Power Consumption: 5.7W Operating Temperature Range: 0℃ to 60℃ Storage Temperature Range: -40℃ to 85℃ Isolation Withstand Voltage: 1500V AC Relative Humidity: 5% to 95%, non-condensing
Functional Features Grouped electrical isolation prevents cross interference between different field loops. Each channel supports independent fail-safe configuration including hold and de-energize. It continuously detects output loop short circuit, overload and open circuit faults and uploads alarm information. Built-in hardware current limiting protects power devices under short-circuit conditions. It supports hot swap. Channel state change carries high-precision time stamp for SOE recording.
Application Scenarios Interlock solenoid valve and emergency shutdown valve drive control. Start-stop command output for pumps, fans and electric dampers. Control of local audible and visual alarms and status indicator lamps. Replacement and expansion of discrete output points in UCN I/O racks.
Performance Parameters Output Response Time: ≤8ms Switching Life: 10 million times Common Mode Rejection Ratio: ≥105dB Event Time Stamp Resolution: 1ms Overload Trigger Threshold: 0.6A
Material Composition PCB Substrate: High-TG FR-4 multi-layer glass fiber board Solid-state power switching devices Grouped photoelectric isolation chips Status logic acquisition chips Gold-plated detachable terminal blocks Cold-rolled steel front panel with electrostatic spray coating
Structural Features Standard European pluggable card suitable for UCN I/O rack slots. Front panel equipped with run indicator, fault indicator and grouped status indicators. Detachable terminal block with channel number and polarity marking. Gold-plated edge fingers connect to the UCN rack backplane bus. Power devices are reserved with independent heat dissipation gaps.
Working Principle The module receives digital switch commands from the HPM controller via UCN bus. The on-board MCU drives the corresponding solid-state switch to turn on or off. The module samples loop current feedback to judge short circuit and overload conditions. Channel status and fault marks are packaged and uploaded to the controller. Time stamp of each state change is stored for event sequence recording.
Installation Requirements Insert the module vertically into the rack slot and tighten fixing screws. Use shielded twisted pair cables for output wiring. Shield grounding only at cabinet side. Separate signal cables from high-power cables and inverter output cables. Download configuration after wiring and verify field equipment action consistency with DCS commands. Keep load current within rated range and avoid long-time overload.
Precautions This solid-state output module cannot directly drive high-power AC loads. Intermediate relays are required for high-power equipment. High voltage signal input will destroy isolation and power switching devices. Check terminal block tightness regularly in humid and corrosive environments. Re-verify fail-safe mode after each configuration download.
