Working Principle Digital switching signals from FSC output module transmit through rear D connector to PCB traces inside FTA. Each signal channel routes to corresponding front screw terminal. Field cables connect to screw terminals. When safety module sends ON command, the corresponding terminal channel conducts 24VDC power to drive field actuator. Built-in protection components limit current for each individual channel.
Installation Requirements Clip FTA firmly onto TS35 DIN rail inside control cabinet; Match rear connector correctly with corresponding FSC digital output module; Strip field wire length to 7 mm before terminal connection; Tighten terminal screw to specified torque; Separate field high-current wiring from low voltage signal cables.
