Structural Features DIN rail mounted flat FTA structure. Front side is screw terminal block for field actuator wiring. Rear connector mates with interconnection cable to SDO processor module. 8 channels are arranged in two groups on PCB layout. Built-in power distribution bus for field load supply. Transparent cover protects terminals and displays channel marking. Back side elastic clip locks on 35mm DIN rail.
Working Principle Safety command from SDO module transmits to FC-TSDO-082 through interconnection cable. The internal circuit switches 24VDC power supply to corresponding field actuator terminal. The built-in surge protection circuit absorbs reverse voltage spike generated by inductive solenoid load. The FTA monitors loop current continuously and transmits fault status signal back to SDO module when open circuit or short circuit occurs.
Installation Requirements Mount FC-TSDO-082 on 35mm DIN rail and lock the rail clip. Wire field solenoid valve or safety relay cable to corresponding output terminals. Connect dedicated interconnection cable between FTA and SDO module. Configure output logic and safe state in Safety Manager engineering software. Power on and test each channel on-off action. Install freewheeling diode at load side for inductive actuator.
Usage Notes Each channel load current cannot exceed 0.5A rating. Inductive solenoid valve must add surge absorption component. Do not connect AC load directly to output terminals. Static protection must be used during maintenance. Do not apply voltage exceeding 30VDC to field terminals.
