Description
HONEYWELL 51403988-150
Technical Specifications Power supply from LCN backplane bus; Dual communication ports for UCN network; On-board hardware message check circuit; Support network time synchronization; Built-in self-diagnosis circuit; Rack slot mounting structure; Compatible with TDC3000 system rack.
Functional Features Realize data transmission and protocol conversion between LCN and UCN networks; Route alarm messages, process values and control commands across two network layers; Synchronize system clock for all UCN field devices; Continuously monitor network communication quality and module hardware health; Upload network failure and module fault information to LCN operator station; Isolate network fault to prevent fault spreading across network segments.
Application Scenarios Petrochemical, refining and thermal power TDC3000 DCS control cabinets; LCN and UCN network interconnection architecture; Central control room network routing for large process plants.
Performance Parameters Operating temperature range 0℃ to 60℃; Relative humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; High data transmission stability; Comply with industrial EMC standards for control room environment.
Material Composition FR-4 multilayer industrial printed circuit board; Gold-plated backplane edge connectors; Industrial communication processing chips; Filter resistors and capacitors; Anti-static flame retardant plastic panel.
Structural Features Rack plug-in card structure; LED status indicators on front panel for network and module health; Gold fingers at rear side to connect rack backplane bus; Anti-reverse insertion positioning notch; Model and version marking printed on card surface.
Working Principle The module receives data packets from LCN network, converts and forwards these packets to corresponding UCN field controllers; It also collects process data and alarm signals from UCN network, converts data format and transmits to LCN network for operator station display. The hardware self-diagnosis circuit continuously checks communication link status and internal circuit health. When communication interruption or hardware abnormality occurs, the module triggers fault alarm and reports to LCN system.
Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wrist strap during all disassembly and assembly operations; Insert the card vertically and steadily into the designated rack slot, lock the fixing screw; Ensure cabinet protective grounding system is complete; Verify hardware version matches TDC3000 system firmware; Guarantee reliable contact between gold fingers and backplane connector.
Precautions for Use Do not plug or unplug the module under power-on state; Keep communication cables separated from high-power power cables; Avoid dust accumulation and condensation around module; Check panel indicator status regularly; Replace spare parts only after verifying complete model and hardware revision.
