  • Insulation Resistance: ≥1000 MΩ
  • Dielectric Strength: 2000V AC between contacts and housing
  • Differential Travel: Stable repeatability less than 0.1mm

Material Composition Housing: Die cast aluminum with powder coating Actuator plunger: Hardened stainless steel Roller: Nylon composite wear resistant material Contact: Silver cadmium oxide alloy Seal: Fluorosilicone elastomer seal ring Internal spring: Stainless steel spring wire

Structural Features Solid rectangular metal housing with single NPT conduit opening. Vertical roller plunger actuator extends from top face of housing. Internal snap spring mechanism sealed within separate compartment. Side mounting holes for bracket installation. Removable cover plate provides access to internal contact terminals.

Working Principle Moving mechanical component presses down the roller plunger and compresses internal actuator stem. When stem travels to defined operating point, snap spring transfers contact state instantly. Return spring pushes plunger back upward once external force is removed and contact resets to idle condition. Open and closed contact terminals output dry contact signal to control circuit.

Installation Requirements Mount switch on heavy rigid bracket to absorb repeated impact force. Install limit stop to prevent overtravel damage to actuator stem. Seal unused conduit port with threaded plug to preserve IP67 rating. Route wiring through flexible metal conduit for outdoor installation. Adjust trigger clearance to ensure full overtravel after switching action.

Usage Notes Prevent lateral side load on plunger shaft, only apply axial compression force. Do not expose to continuous chemical corrosive atmosphere. Inspect roller surface and seal condition during quarterly maintenance for heavy duty service. Do not modify actuator length or grind housing material.
