Working Principle The embedded controller runs WEB station firmware. It communicates with field controllers via RS485 bus and Ethernet to collect real-time measurement data and alarm events. Data is stored in local flash memory. The built-in web server provides web graphic pages. Authorized users access monitoring page through standard web browser over LAN network. RTC records accurate timestamp for logs and alarms.
Installation Requirements
- Mount on 35mm DIN rail inside control cabinet
- DC24V stable power supply
- Shielded twisted pair cable for RS485 bus
- Ethernet cable connected to local area network switch
- Ambient temperature 0 °C to +60 °C
- Assign static IP address and configure communication protocol after power on
- Cabinet protective grounding
Precautions
- Replace RTC backup battery periodically
- Configure user access permission to avoid unauthorized login
- Perform regular data backup
- Keep cabinet dry without condensation
- Store spare unit in anti-static dry packaging
- Check network communication status regularly
