Working Principle CPU module obtains power from K2-200 backplane. User control program stored in flash memory runs cyclically. It reads I/O module status via backplane bus, executes logic and motion calculation, outputs control command to I/O modules. It exchanges data with HMI or SCADA through Ethernet or RS485 serial port. Hardware watchdog monitors program operation continuously.
Installation Requirements Power off PLC rack before installation. Insert module to rack slot and lock buckle. Connect Ethernet and serial communication cables. Download user project with KEBA programming software, configure I/O parameters, test program operation. Cabinet protective earthing required.
Usage Notes No hot-swap operation. Backup user program before module replacement. Use shielded cable for long distance serial communication. Keep cabinet well ventilated. Do not replace internal components arbitrarily.
