Fast fault detection and power cut-off response under abnormal condition. Continuous operation: 24 hours stable long-term operation in industrial cabinet. High sampling rate for encoder position feedback signal.
Material Composition: PCB substrate: FR4 glass fiber epoxy high temperature resistant printed circuit board. Core components: DSP motion control chip, IGBT power module, encoder signal processing IC, power management chip. Enclosure: Flame retardant metal and plastic combined housing. Heat dissipation part: Aluminum extruded heat sink for power stage cooling. Terminal blocks: PA66 flame retardant plastic terminals for power and signal wiring.
Structural Features: Compact rectangular cabinet mount housing. Front panel with LED status indicators and configuration communication port. Internal circuit has physical isolation barrier separating high voltage power section and low voltage control section. Aluminum heat sink mounted on power IGBT module. Power terminals and signal terminals are arranged separately at bottom of housing. Back side of housing has mounting holes and DIN rail buckle structure.
Working Principle: After power on, internal power circuit converts input AC voltage to DC bus voltage. DSP motion controller receives motion command signal from upper controller and reads real-time rotor position from motor encoder. It executes closed-loop control algorithm and outputs PWM modulation signal to IGBT power module. IGBT module generates variable frequency AC power to drive servo motor rotation. Real-time monitoring circuit samples output current, bus voltage and internal temperature continuously. When any operating parameter exceeds preset threshold, protection circuit immediately cuts off power output and records fault information into non-volatile memory.
Installation Requirements: Fix ND32-5610V16 on vertical control cabinet panel or DIN rail. Route high voltage power cable and low voltage encoder / command signal cable separately. Connect drive protective earth terminal to cabinet protective ground reliably. Reserve enough ventilation space around drive unit for heat sink cooling. Complete motor auto-tuning and parameter configuration before commissioning. Connect shielded encoder cable and ensure shielding layer single point grounding.
Usage Notes: Cut off AC input power and wait for DC bus capacitor discharge before opening enclosure. Save all drive parameter backup before modification or firmware update. Do not run drive without motor connected during test. Clean dust on aluminum heat sink periodically during maintenance. Check tightness of power and signal terminals regularly. Use shielded twisted pair cable for encoder signal wiring.
