Reliance AVS-1700-ACX

Technical Specifications Three-phase AC mains input; three-phase variable frequency AC output for induction motors; built-in vector control algorithm; digital and analog signal I/O terminals; RS485 communication interface; integrated over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-temperature protection; operating ambient temperature 0°C to +40°C; protection rating of main unit IP20.

Functional Features Rectify input three-phase AC power into DC bus power and invert DC power into variable-frequency AC output for induction motors. Support V/F control and vector control modes for motor speed and torque regulation. Receive analog speed setpoint signals or digital run/stop commands from PLC and controllers. Output running status, fault relay signals and motor speed feedback to upper control systems. Trigger protection action and stop output when detecting over-current, over-temperature and other abnormal states. Support parameter configuration and status monitoring through local keypad or communication software.

Application Scenarios Conveyor belt motor drive, fan and pump energy-saving speed regulation, material processing machinery main drive, textile machine motor control, general industrial three-phase induction motor speed control.

Performance Parameters Stable low-speed torque output; fast current limiting response during motor acceleration; low motor current harmonic distortion; reliable protection action under various fault conditions.

Material Composition Main power board uses high-current FR-4 substrate; power switching devices are IGBT power semiconductors; control PCB uses FR-4 flame-retardant multilayer board; internal current and voltage sensors are high-precision transformers and shunt resistors; outer chassis is metal sheet metal with anti-corrosion coating; cooling components include aluminum heat sink and cooling fan.

Structural Characteristics Vertical cabinet type structure. Front panel is equipped with operation keypad and LED status display. Bottom and top air ducts are designed for forced air cooling. Rear terminal area separates high-power main circuit terminals and low-voltage control signal terminals. Internal layout isolates high-voltage power components and low-voltage control circuit.

Working Principle Three-phase fixed-frequency AC input passes through rectifier bridge to form DC bus voltage. The IGBT inverter circuit converts DC bus voltage into AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage according to control algorithm. The variable-frequency AC power supplies the induction motor to change motor rotating speed. The built-in sampling circuit monitors output current, bus voltage and internal temperature continuously and executes protection logic.

Installation Requirements Mount the drive vertically inside a well-ventilated electrical cabinet. Connect three-phase mains power to input terminals and connect motor cable to output terminals. Wire control signal cables and communication cables to corresponding low-voltage terminals. Complete motor nameplate parameter setting and motor auto-tuning through the keypad. Conduct no-load test before connecting mechanical load.

Precautions for Use Reserve sufficient air circulation space around the heat sink. Use shielded motor cables and implement motor cable grounding according to EMC requirements. Do not touch power terminals within the capacitor discharge waiting period after power-off. Regularly clean dust accumulated on heat sink and cooling fan.
