Working Principle Signals from multiple cells summed in the junction box enter the instrument; DC10 V excitation supplies the bridge, and mV signals are amplified/filtered then sampled by 24-bit A/D at high speed. The instrument computes gross, net, tare and compares to setpoints triggering relays. Weight data is sent via analog and communication to PLC. Dynamic filtering suppresses check line vibration.

Installation Requirements

  • Panel flush-mount with complete gasket
  • Symmetric multi-cell junction box summing
  • Load cell cable shield single-point ground
  • Stable AC supply
  • Temperature -10 °C to +40 °C
  • Perform multi-cell corner balance after power-up
  • Mount away from vibration sources

Precautions

  • Periodically rebalance multi-cell corners
  • Periodically check cell insulation
  • Avoid direct air on the scale deck
  • Store spares in dry environment
  • Calibrate with certified weights
  • Clean with soft cloth
