Description

VIBRO-METER CPUM 200-595-077-331

Technical Specifications 32-bit industrial RISC processor; onboard high-speed DSP for FFT spectral analysis; sampling rate up to 204.8 kHz, 24-bit ADC resolution; communication interfaces include Ethernet and RS485; supports keyphasor, eddy current probe, accelerometer and RTD sensor input via companion acquisition cards; operating temperature -20 ℃ to +60 ℃; VME bus form factor for VM600 rack; time-stamped event recording with high resolution.

Functional Features Real-time FFT spectrum and time waveform capture for bearing and gear fault diagnosis; configurable alarm bands with hysteresis for vibration and displacement; waveform snapshot storage triggered by alarm threshold crossing; continuous synchronization of measurement data to VibroSight host software; relay alarm output coordination through rack backplane; self-diagnosis of memory, bus and communication faults.

Application Scenarios Steam turbine and gas turbine train protection, large centrifugal compressor vibration monitoring, generator shaft orbit measurement, critical pump and fan predictive maintenance systems and turbomachinery protection racks in power and oil & gas plants.

Material Composition High-density FR4 multilayer PCB with conformal coating; industrial RISC and DSP processor chips; gold-plated VME backplane edge connectors; front panel LED indicators for power, run and fault; precision reference components for measurement stability.

Structural Characteristics VME standard card form factor for VM600 rack chassis; front panel with status LEDs and service test points; rear VME edge connector for rack power, data bus and inter-card synchronization; internal clock circuit for system-wide time stamping.

Working Principle The CPU module receives conditioned sensor data from CMC16 and other VM600 acquisition cards over VME bus. DSP computes frequency spectra and compares measured values against configured alarm limits. Alarm events and waveform snapshots are stored in nonvolatile memory and transmitted via Ethernet to supervisory asset monitoring software.

Installation Requirements Insert card into designated VM600 rack slot with rack power off; use shielded Ethernet cable for host communication; verify VME address allocation to avoid bus conflict; connect rack protective earth to plant grounding electrode.

Operation Notes Save machine configuration, alarm bands and sensor scaling before firmware upgrade; perform channel calibration after CPU replacement; inspect VME connector pins for corrosion in oil and moisture-rich machinery compartments.
