Working Principle
The controller continuously monitors turbine parameters through its programmable inputs. Based on the selected Run Mode program, the 50 MHz microprocessor calculates the required valve position and outputs a 0-10V DC signal. This signal drives the steam inlet valve actuators, dynamically adjusting steam flow to maintain the precise target speed or load.
Installation Requirements
- Must be installed using a control room mounting configuration.
- Requires a stable 220V, 50Hz power supply.
- Ensure the operating environment does not exceed 60°C or 60% non-condensing humidity.
Usage Precautions
- Strictly adhere to the Programming Mode when making internal configuration changes.
- Regularly verify the calibration of the 4-20mA inputs and 0-10V outputs.
- Ensure proper grounding and utilize the anti-vibration mounts if installed in high-vibration areas.
