- Signal Types: Supports 4-20mA, 0-10V, and dry contacts.
Functional Features
- Signal Conditioning: High-precision analog inputs with filtering and isolation.
- Auxiliary Control: Drives cooling fans, lube oil pumps, and alarms.
- Diagnostics: Continuous channel health monitoring and open-wire detection.
- Hot-Swappable: Designed for safe replacement during maintenance (system dependent).
Application Scenarios
Used in steam and gas turbine control panels to expand monitoring and control capabilities without upgrading the main controller.
Performance Parameters
- Resolution: High-resolution ADC for accurate process measurement.
- Isolation: Channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground isolation.
Material Composition
Industrial-grade PCB with gold-plated edge connectors and protective conformal coating.
Structural Characteristics
- Form Factor: Plug-in module for standard MicroNet racks.
- Indicators: Per-channel LED status indicators.
Working Principle
The module samples field signals, conditions them, and transmits the data to the main MicroNet controller via the backplane. It also receives control commands from the controller to drive output relays and analog signals.
Installation Requirements
- Insert firmly into the backplane connector.
- Configure the module slot address via DIP switches or software.
- Use shielded cables for all analog signal connections.
Usage Precautions
- Verify the module configuration matches the system design before powering up.
- Do not force the module into the backplane slot.
- Check terminal torque periodically.
