Product Brief Introduction

CM572-DP is a dedicated field bus communication plug-in module developed for ABB AC500 PLC control system, used as PROFIBUS-DP main station controller. It is inserted into the CPU backplane communication slot of PM570/PM580/PM590 series controllers, realizing high-speed deterministic data exchange between PLC and distributed DP slave devices including remote I/O, frequency converters, servo drives and intelligent instruments, fully complying with IEC 61158 PROFIBUS standard.
