Working Principle: HMI project created with C-more programming software is downloaded via USB port and stored in onboard flash memory. The panel establishes serial communication with connected PLC. It continuously reads PLC register data and refreshes graphic display on touch screen. Touch panel detects touch coordinates and sends corresponding write commands to PLC registers to control machine functions. RTC provides timestamp for alarm and event logging.
Installation Requirements:
- Fit into control panel cutout with sealing gasket installed
- Tighten rear mounting clips evenly to avoid panel distortion
- Use shielded serial cable for PLC communication
- Separate 24V DC power wiring from high voltage cables
- Avoid installation in direct sunlight or high vibration locations
- Ensure cabinet ventilation to prevent overheating
Usage Notes:
- Use C-more EA7 programming software for project development and download
- Replace RTC backup battery periodically to preserve clock time
