- Accuracy: Linear error ≤ ±0.5%
- Protection Rating: IP65
- EMI Immunity: IEC 61326-1 compliant
- Operating Temperature: -30°C to +70°C
- Power Supply: ±24V DC redundant supply with hot-swap capability
Material Composition
Ruggedized steel chassis with gold-plated BNC connectors, conformal-coated internal circuit boards, and high-grade industrial electronic components designed for long-term stability in harsh environments.
Structural Characteristics
Standard 3300 rack module form factor with front-panel LED indicators for power, normal operation, alert, and danger conditions. Features dual BNC input connectors and front-accessible test points.
Working Principle
The module receives RF signals from the proximity probe and velocity transducer, demodulates the signals to extract vibration waveforms, performs vector summation of shaft relative vibration and bearing housing vibration to calculate absolute vibration, and compares values against user-defined alarm thresholds.
Installation Requirements
Must be installed in a compatible 3300 series rack. Proper grounding of the rack and signal cables is mandatory. Do not share power supply with variable frequency drives or high-power motors. The proximity probe and velocity transducer must be installed on the same axis of the machine.
Usage Notes
Calibrate channels quarterly using a TK-3E calibrator to ensure 4-20 mA output deviation remains within ±1%. At altitudes above 2000 meters, sensor gain parameters require recalibration. When replacing modules, ensure firmware version is V3.2 or above to avoid communication protocol incompatibility.
