Description
Bosch Rexroth VT2000-52
Technical Specifications: Model: VT2000-52 Power supply: 24VDC Input command signal: ±10V Output: Constant current for proportional valve solenoid Dither: Adjustable amplitude and frequency Operating temperature: 0℃ to +55℃ Protection class: IP20 Mounting: Eurocard plug-in rack card
Functional Features: Convert analog voltage command to constant drive current for proportional valve solenoid. Adjustable gain and offset to match proportional valve characteristic curve. Adjustable dither signal to reduce valve spool static friction. Signal ramp function to limit valve response speed and reduce hydraulic shock. Coil wire break detection and fault indication. LED indicators for power supply and fault status.
Application Scenarios: Hydraulic machine retrofit project, old hydraulic press control system, hydraulic test rig, injection molding machine hydraulic control, metal forming machinery.
Performance Parameters: Stable constant current output independent of solenoid resistance variation. Low temperature drift for long term operation. Quick detection of valve coil open circuit fault. Smooth signal ramp control to suppress hydraulic pressure surge.
Material Composition: FR4 printed circuit board. Operational amplifiers and power drive semiconductors. Adjustable potentiometers for gain, offset and dither setting. Fault detection circuit components. Flame retardant plastic front panel. Gold-plated edge connector for rack backplane. Screw terminal block for field wiring.
Structural Features: Eurocard plug-in amplifier board. Front panel with adjustment potentiometers and LED indicators. Edge connector for rack power supply and backplane connection. Front screw terminals for command input and proportional valve wiring. Circuit partition between low level input signal and power drive stage.
Working Principle: 24VDC power supplies amplifier circuit. External ±10V command signal enters input terminal. Circuit processes signal with gain, offset and ramp limitation, superimposes dither signal. Power drive stage outputs regulated constant current to proportional valve solenoid. The solenoid current changes proportionally to command signal, moving valve spool to adjust hydraulic flow and pressure. Fault detection circuit monitors solenoid loop and activates fault LED when open circuit detected.
Installation Requirements: Insert amplifier card into Rexroth control rack slot. Use shielded twisted cable for command signal and proportional valve wiring. Separate analog signal cables and high power cables. Tighten terminal screws to specified torque. Install inside IP20 electrical cabinet. Connect protective earth for rack chassis.
Usage Notes: Adjust potentiometer settings during commissioning to match valve performance. Check valve coil wiring polarity before power on. Power off rack before inserting or removing amplifier card. Do not exceed maximum rated output current. Inspect terminal connection periodically for loose contact.
