Working Principle: Field two-wire transmitter is connected to terminal block. The terminal base supplies 24V loop power to transmitter. The 4-20mA analog signal from transmitter passes through filter and surge protection circuit and enters analog input card. The I/O card converts analog current signal into digital value and uploads to Ovation controller.
Installation Requirements: Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail. Leave 25mm clearance above and below. Use shielded twisted pair cable for field analog signal wiring. The shield layer single point grounding at cabinet side. Terminal screw torque 0.5~0.7N·m. Cut off power supply before wiring.
Precautions for Use: Do not short circuit signal terminals. Do not install in environment with conductive dust. Static protection must be adopted during maintenance. Regularly check aging status of wiring. Replace the terminal base if circuit damage occurs.
