Working Principle: Field switch contact signals connect to screw terminals. Signals pass through isolation and protection circuit, then transmit to high density digital input card. The card identifies on-off state of each channel and sends digital data to Ovation controller. Terminal base supplies power for wet contact input.
Installation Requirements: Install on 35mm DIN rail. Reserve 25mm vertical heat dissipation gap. Separate field signal cable and high voltage power cable. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8N·m. Power off before wiring.
Precautions for Use: High voltage AC signal cannot be connected to input terminals. Anti-static protection is needed during maintenance. Regularly check terminal tightness. Stop using if shell has burn marks.
