Working Principle: External 24V DC power supply connects to backplane power terminal. Backplane distributes stable DC power to every module slot. Controller module and I/O cards plug into corresponding slots and connect to backplane communication bus. All modules exchange real-time process data and control commands through the backplane high-speed bus.
Installation Requirements: Fix backplane firmly inside standard Ovation rack with designated screws. Tighten fixing screw torque to manufacturer specified value. Keep backplane away from high voltage power cables. Inspect connector surface before inserting modules. Cut off rack power before backplane installation or replacement.
Precautions for Use: Do not scratch gold-plated connector contacts. Wear anti-static wristband when handling backplane. Do not apply excessive force during module insertion. Keep rack internal environment clean to avoid dust accumulation on connectors. Stop using if connector pins bend or corrode.
