Support hot swap of matched I/O modules. Reserved test points for signal measurement. DIN rail installation.
Application Scenarios: Thermal power plant turbine control, chemical refining plant automation, mining process monitoring, paper mill production line control, municipal sewage automatic control.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance less than 10 milliohm Vibration resistance:10 Hz~150 Hz,0.5g Shock resistance:10g peak,11ms MTBF: 214000 hours
Material Composition: Shell: UL94-V0 flame retardant thermoplastic. Terminals: nickel-plated brass. PCB substrate: FR4 epoxy glass fiber board. Electronic protection components welded on PCB. Mounting clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail snap installation. Front panel equipped with screw terminals and channel marking area. Top card socket for inserting I/O card. Anti-misplug positioning buckle. Ventilation grooves for passive heat dissipation.
Working Principle: Field sensor and actuator signals are connected to front wiring terminals. Signals pass through built-in protection and filter circuits, then transmit to I/O card mounted on the base. I/O card converts analog or discrete signals into digital data and transmits data to Ovation controller. The terminal unit distributes DC power supply for signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail. Reserve 25mm vertical heat dissipation space. Separate analog signal cables and high voltage power cables. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8 N·m. Cut off relevant power supply before wiring.
Precautions for Use: Do not install in environment with corrosive vapor or conductive dust. Wear anti-static wristband for maintenance work. Regularly inspect terminal screw tightness. Stop using when shell cracks or burn marks appear.
