Functional Features: Screw terminals for field cable termination. Built-in surge suppression circuit. EMI filter reduces high-frequency interference. LED power indicator. Support hot swap of matched I/O cards. Reserved signal test points for maintenance measurement. DIN rail quick installation.
Application Scenarios: Power plant boiler control, petrochemical production process monitoring, metallurgical process parameter collection, pulp and paper automation control, water treatment plant automatic monitoring.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance less than 10 milliohm Vibration resistance:10 Hz~150 Hz,0.5g Shock resistance:10g peak,11ms MTBF: 207000 hours
Material Composition: Housing: UL94-V0 flame retardant plastic. Terminal screws: nickel-plated brass. PCB: FR4 glass epoxy substrate. Protection components soldered on circuit board. Mounting spring clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail buckle installation. Front panel with screw terminals and channel marking area. Upper card slot for I/O card insertion. Anti-misplug positioning buckle. Dust-proof grooves on housing surface.
Working Principle: Field instrument signals connect to front screw terminals. Signals pass through surge protection and filter circuits, then transmit to I/O card on the base. I/O card converts analog or digital signals into digital data and uploads data to Ovation controller. The terminal base distributes 24V DC power for field signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail. Keep 20mm vertical ventilation clearance. Separate signal cable and high voltage power cable routing. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8 N·m. Power off before wiring operation.
Precautions for Use: Do not deploy in corrosive gas environment. Anti-static protection required when touching internal circuits. Check terminal tightness regularly. Disconnect all field cables before removing the terminal base.
