Working Principle: Keyphasor probe generates one pulse every full shaft rotation. A6370D module shapes and conditions this pulse signal. Module outputs clean phase reference pulse to other CSI vibration monitoring modules. System uses this reference pulse to calculate vibration phase angle and shaft orbit. Module detects probe failure or cable break and triggers fault alarm.
Installation Requirements: Install in CSI dedicated monitoring cabinet. Use shielded twisted pair cable for keyphasor probe. Separate signal cable from high voltage power cables. Complete cabinet protective grounding.
Usage Notes: Adjust keyphasor probe air gap strictly according to manual. Test signal quality after installation. Do not run signal cable together with inverter power cable.
