Material Composition: Process wetted parts: 316L stainless steel diaphragm and pressure connection. Transmitter housing: die-cast aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion coating. Internal circuit board: FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Cable entry seal: fluorine rubber sealing ring. Electronic components are industrial grade semiconductor chips.
Structural Features: Split structure of pressure sensing body and electronic housing. Threaded pressure process connection for pipeline installation. Cable gland on electronic housing for signal cable entry. Zero and span adjustment button on electronic housing. Internal cavity filled with inert oil for pressure transmission.
Working Principle: Process pressure acts on stainless steel sensing diaphragm. The diaphragm deforms and transmits pressure to piezoresistive sensing chip. The sensing chip converts pressure value into weak electrical signal. Internal circuit amplifies, compensates and converts signal into standard 4-20 mA current signal. The current signal transmits to control system through two-wire cable.
Installation Requirements: Install transmitter on pipeline or pressure tapping point through threaded process connection. Keep pressure tapping pipeline free of gas accumulation or liquid precipitation. Use shielded twisted pair cable for signal wiring. Install cable gland tightly to maintain IP67 protection grade. Avoid strong vibration position for installation.
Precautions for Use: Do not exceed maximum overpressure limit of the transmitter. Select suitable wetted material according to process medium corrosion property. Tighten thread connection with specified torque. Do not open electronic housing in explosive hazardous area. Calibrate zero point regularly according to maintenance cycle.
