LED indicators show power running and fault status. Dry contact alarm output for power failure. EMC anti-interference design for industrial cabinet environment.
Application Scenarios: DeltaV DCS main control rack power supply, small-scale chemical automation cabinet, water treatment control rack, pharmaceutical production control cabinet, factory building auxiliary control system, small refinery local control cabinet.
Performance Parameters: Output voltage precision: ±1% Efficiency: greater than 88% Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 226000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing uses UL94-V0 flame-retardant metal shell. Main PCB uses FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Input and output terminals use nickel-plated brass. Internal power semiconductor devices are industrial grade. Rack connector pins use gold-plated copper alloy.
Structural Features: Standard rack plug-in module structure. Front panel equipped with LED indicators and power terminals. Rear multi-pin connector connects rack backplane. Internal built-in heat sink for power circuit heat dissipation. Side locking latches fix module in rack slot. Internal isolation barrier separates AC input and DC output circuit.
Working Principle: AC power enters the module from input terminals. Internal rectifier, filter and switching power circuit convert AC to stable 24 VDC. The DC power supplies power to rack backplane and all modules. Protection circuit monitors output voltage, current and internal temperature. When fault occurs, the module cuts off output and triggers alarm signal.
Installation Requirements: Insert module into designated rack slot and lock side latches. Use appropriate wire gauge for AC input wiring. Separate AC power wiring and low-voltage signal wiring. Cut off AC input power before installing or removing module. Configure redundant power parallel connection according to system design.
Precautions for Use: Do not exceed rated output current. Wear insulating gloves when connecting AC power cable. Check module temperature and terminal tightness periodically. Keep heat sink free of dust accumulation. Do not operate module without protective ground connection.
