Working Principle:
The SP8413 converts fixed-frequency AC input into DC via a rectifier stage, then inverts the DC into variable-frequency, variable-voltage AC output using pulse amplitude modulation. The V/F open-loop control maintains a proportional voltage-to-frequency ratio for motor speed and torque control.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount in a well-ventilated enclosure with adequate clearance for heat dissipation
- Connect three-phase power supply to input terminals per the wiring diagram
- Connect motor cables to output terminals with proper cable sizing
- Ensure proper chassis grounding
- Install built-in filter connections as specified
Usage Precautions:
- Verify motor compatibility with the drive’s rated specifications
- Ensure power supply voltage is within the 380–480V range
- Use shielded motor cables to minimize electromagnetic interference
- Allow adequate cooling airflow during operation
- Complete parameter configuration before commissioning
