Finder TYP4061

Technical Specifications Coil voltage multiple options; Contact configuration DPDT; Rated contact current; Mechanical life cycle long; Coil power consumption low; Operating temperature -40°C to +70°C; Sockets compatible; Plastic flame-retardant body.

Functional Features Electromagnetic mechanical contact isolation between coil circuit and load circuit; DPDT contact provides normally open and normally closed contacts; Compact size saves cabinet installation space; Low coil power consumption; Wide ambient temperature operating range; Compatible standard relay socket for easy replacement.

Application Scenarios PLC digital output signal isolation; Control cabinet alarm circuit; Solenoid valve small coil drive; Indicator lamp switching; Automation panel auxiliary contact expansion; Marine low power control circuit.

Performance Parameters Contact switching action speed stable; Contact resistance remains low in service; Mechanical service life reaches large switching cycles; Coil pull-in and drop-out voltage characteristic stable; Anti-vibration capability suitable for industrial cabinet environment.

Material Composition Flame-retardant thermoplastic housing; Copper electromagnetic coil; Iron magnetic core; Silver alloy contact; Spring steel contact spring; Plastic bobbin for coil winding; Metal pin terminals.

Structural Features Cube miniature relay structure; Bottom metal pin terminals insert into relay socket; Internal coil and magnetic armature assembly; Separated coil chamber and contact chamber; Top plastic housing sealed to prevent dust ingress.

Working Principle When rated voltage applies to coil, electromagnetic field pulls magnetic armature to move. Armature drives contact spring, switching contact state between normally open and normally closed. When coil power cut off, spring force resets armature and contact returns original state. The contact circuit controls external load circuit to turn on or off.

Installation Requirements Plug relay into matched standard socket; Socket mounted on DIN rail or PCB; Wiring torque for socket terminals comply with specification; Keep relay away from high temperature heat source.

Precautions for Use Do not exceed rated contact voltage and current; Inductive load needs to install surge suppression component parallel to coil; Check contact status periodically after long time operation; Avoid continuous vibration exceeding specification limit; Replace relay once contact ablation occurs.
