- Working Principle:
- Similar to IC693CPU360 but with hardware FPU offloading floating-point calculations from the main CPU. Dual Ethernet ports operate independently — port 1 handles programming/upload, port 2 handles real-time HMI/SCADA traffic. The Genius Bus manages all I/O communication. The scan cycle reads inputs, executes logic (with FPU accelerating math-heavy blocks), and writes outputs.
- Installation Requirements:
- IC693CHS or IC693ACC chassis
- Connect Ethernet port 1 to programming PC, port 2 to HMI/SCADA network
- Use CAT5e or better cabling
- Configure separate IP subnets for each Ethernet port to avoid conflicts
- Ensure 24VDC chassis power is stable (IC693PWR330 recommended)
