Description

HONEYWELL 51195066-100-HF-75632-F

Technical Specifications AC input range 85VAC to 264VAC; Input frequency 47Hz to 63Hz; Rated output power 60W; Output 12VDC regulated DC power; Built-in multi-protection circuit including overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and over-temperature; Dry contact alarm output for power fault; Rack mount structure.

Functional Features Convert wide-range AC input into regulated 12VDC power for TDC3000 node rack backplane; Absorb power grid surge spike; Cut off DC output immediately once fault occurs to protect all rack internal boards; Output power running and fault status signal to DCS alarm system; Conformal coating protects internal circuit from dust and moisture in industrial cabinet; Support redundant power configuration for high availability rack.

Application Scenarios Refinery, chemical plant TDC3000 LCN node racks; DCS control cabinet power supply for operator station and history node; Control cabinets with dusty and high humidity ambient condition.

Performance Parameters Operating temperature range 0℃ to 60℃; Relative humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; Power conversion efficiency reaches 88%; Comply with industrial power EMC standards.

Material Composition Metal aluminum alloy housing for heat dissipation; FR-4 high-power printed circuit board; Power switching semiconductor devices; Filter inductors and capacitors; Flame retardant insulating components; Conformal protective coating on PCB surface.

Structural Features Metal enclosed rack mounted power module; Front panel with power running and fault LED indicators; AC input and DC output terminal blocks on housing; Rack mounting fixing holes; Heat dissipation slots on housing surface; Model and suffix marking printed on nameplate.

Working Principle AC power enters module input terminal, passes rectification and high frequency power conversion circuit to generate stable 12VDC power for rack backplane. Built-in surge circuit absorbs power grid spike. Protection circuit continuously monitors output voltage, current and internal temperature. When overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit or over-temperature is detected, protection circuit cuts off DC output instantly, activates fault indicator and sends dry contact alarm signal to DCS system. Redundant pair configuration supports bumpless switch when one unit fails.

Installation Requirements Mount module firmly on rack and reserve enough ventilation space; Fasten all wiring terminals with specified torque; Connect protective ground wire to module housing ground terminal; Keep ventilation slots unblocked; Match redundant power pair with same hardware revision and coating variant.

Precautions for Use Do not block heat dissipation slots; Do not open metal housing for on-site maintenance; Replace whole module directly when power fault alarm triggers; Check input AC voltage before power on; Prevent dust accumulation inside housing; Do not use uncoated standard variant to replace HF-75632-F version in corrosive environment.
