Description
HONEYWELL 51195153-901
Technical Specifications AC input range 85VAC to 265VAC; Input frequency 47Hz to 63Hz; Output stable DC voltage for rack backplane; Built-in full protection circuit including overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit; Dry contact alarm output for power fault; Rack mount design.
Functional Features Convert alternating current input to regulated DC power for UCN rack backplane; Absorb surge spike from field power grid; Cut off output immediately once fault occurs to protect controller and I/O cards; Output power running and fault status signal to DCS alarm system; Support hot replacement when configured in redundant pair; Reduce power noise interference for control hardware.
Application Scenarios Chemical, oil & gas UCN field control cabinet; Power supply for TDC3000 field controller rack; Remote field control station with unstable grid quality.
Performance Parameters Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃; Humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; High power conversion efficiency; Comply with industrial power EMC standards.
Material Composition Metal aluminum alloy housing for heat dissipation; FR-4 high-power printed circuit board; Power switching semiconductor devices; Filter inductors and capacitors; Flame retardant insulating components.
Structural Features Metal enclosed rack mounted power module; Front panel with power running and fault LED indicators; AC input and DC output terminal blocks on housing; Rack mounting fixing holes; Heat dissipation slots on housing surface.
Working Principle AC power enters module input terminal, passes rectification and power conversion circuit to generate stable DC power for UCN rack backplane. Built-in surge circuit absorbs power grid spike. When overvoltage, overcurrent or short circuit is detected, protection circuit cuts off DC output instantly, activates fault indicator and sends dry contact alarm signal to DCS system. Redundant pair configuration supports bumpless switch when one unit fails.
Installation Requirements Mount module firmly on rack and reserve enough ventilation space; Fasten all wiring terminals with specified torque; Connect protective ground wire to module housing ground terminal; Keep ventilation slots unblocked; Match redundant power pair with same hardware version.
Precautions for Use Do not block heat dissipation slots; Do not open metal housing for on-site maintenance; Replace whole module directly when power fault alarm triggers; Check input AC voltage before power on; Prevent dust accumulation inside housing.
