Working Principle 24 VDC input passes EMI filter and isolated DC-DC conversion circuits to generate stable low-voltage power rails for controller and I/O electronics. Protection circuits continuously monitor output voltage, load current and internal temperature. When abnormal condition is detected, the module cuts off output and activates fault alarm.
Installation Requirements Install in designated power slot of Series C rack; use properly rated 24 VDC power source with fuse protection; reserve ventilation space around the module; connect protective earth terminal to cabinet ground bus.
Operation Notes Allow internal capacitors to discharge for sufficient time before opening the casing; do not exceed rack total load capacity when using redundant power modules; clean dust on heat sink periodically.
