Application Scenarios Large refinery, chemical and power plant TDC3000 control rack; Redundant main control station for critical process unit; Turbine and reactor closed-loop control system.
Performance Parameters Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃; Humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; Stable logic operation cycle; High speed redundant data synchronization; Meet industrial EMC standard.
Material Composition FR-4 multilayer printed circuit board; Gold-plated backplane gold finger; Industrial grade processor chip; Memory storage chips; Filter components; Anti-static plastic front panel.
Structural Features Large size rack plug-in processor card; Front panel with running, fault and communication LED indicators; Rear gold fingers connect rack backplane bus; External UCN network port; Anti-reverse insertion positioning notch; Model and hardware revision printed on panel.
Working Principle After power on, processor loads user control configuration from non-volatile storage. It executes closed loop regulation and interlock logic. It reads field I/O data via I/O link bus and sends control output to I/O subcards. Under redundant configuration, main processor synchronizes all operation state to standby processor in real time. When main processor hardware fails, standby processor takes over all control operation without disturbance and triggers redundancy switch alarm.
Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wrist strap during installation; Insert card fully into controller rack designated slot and tighten fixing screw; Cabinet grounding system must meet specification; Confirm hardware version matches TDC3000 system firmware; Redundant pair must use same hardware revision.
Precautions for Use Do not plug or unplug processor card under power-on state; Check panel LED indicator when controller offline alarm appears; Keep ventilation path of card unblocked and prevent dust accumulation; Redundancy synchronization cable must be connected firmly.
