Structural Features Standard rack plug-in card structure Front panel equipped with LED indicators for power, running and fault status Rear gold fingers connect rack backplane bus Anti-reverse insertion positioning notch Model number printed on card surface Cooperate with matched FTA terminal base for field temperature sensor wiring
Working Principle Millivolt signal from thermocouple or resistance signal from RTD enters module through FTA terminal base. Signal conditioning circuit processes raw temperature signal. Cold junction compensation circuit compensates thermocouple reference junction temperature. Analog-to-digital converter converts signal into digital temperature data and transmits to C300 controller via backplane bus. Diagnostic circuit continuously monitors sensor loop state and reports open or short circuit fault.
Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wrist strap during installation and removal Insert card fully into rack slot and tighten fixing screw Complete temperature sensor wiring on matched FTA terminal base Cabinet protective grounding must be qualified Use dedicated temperature compensation cable for thermocouple wiring Verify hardware version compatibility with C300 controller firmware
Precautions for Use Do not plug or unplug the module under power-on state Select correct sensor type in engineering station before commissioning Do not connect high voltage signal to temperature input channels Keep thermocouple extension cable away from high power cables Check sensor and cable integrity when temperature reading abnormal
