Structural Characteristics Narrow rectangular DIN rail module; Front panel power and flame status LED indicators; Upper and lower terminal blocks for power supply, flame probe wiring and relay output wiring; Internal separation of weak flame signal circuit and power relay circuit.
Working Principle Flame probe converts flame optical radiation into weak electrical signal. LG1093AC01 receives this signal and amplifies it. Filter circuit removes interference signal from furnace background radiation and power noise. The module compares processed signal with preset sensitivity threshold. When signal exceeds threshold, flame present relay activates. When flame signal disappears, module triggers flame loss relay output to cut off burner fuel supply.
Installation Requirements Mount module on cabinet standard DIN rail. Use shielded cable for flame probe wiring, separate from power cable. Complete cabinet protective earthing. Adjust flame sensitivity threshold after power-on. Test flame present and flame loss function with flame simulation tool.
Usage Notes Cut off power supply before wiring modification. Keep flame probe cable away from high voltage power cable. Clean flame probe lens periodically. Do not replace internal amplifier components arbitrarily. Conduct periodic burner flame safety function test.
