Working Principle C200 controller sends on-off control commands to TC-0DJ161 through rack backplane. The on-board logic chip decodes command and triggers corresponding output drive circuit. 24VDC power is sent out from the channel terminal to energize field loads. The current sampling circuit monitors output current continuously. When overload or short circuit occurs, the channel cuts off output automatically and sends fault alarm to the controller.
Installation Requirements Insert the module into the designated I/O slot of Experion Series A rack and lock side latches. Confirm mechanical keying matches matched termination IOTA base. Use shielded cable for field discrete load wiring. Separate output cables and analog signal cables. Cabinet protective grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
