Working Principle: Three independent processing channels receive identical input data from I/O modules, execute safety logic simultaneously. Hardware voting circuit compares output results of three channels. Abnormal channel will be diagnosed and isolated automatically without disturbing overall system output. All fault events obtain millisecond‑level time stamp and stored in non‑volatile memory. Processed valid control data is transmitted to local and remote expander racks through inter‑module bus.
