Material Composition Metal alloy housing with built-in heat sink; Multi-layer power PCB; IGBT power module; DSP control chip; Current sampling sensors; Filter electrolytic capacitors; Screw power and signal terminals.
Structural Characteristics Vertical compact metal housing; Power terminals at lower side, signal and encoder terminals at upper side; Internal separation of high-power circuit and weak signal control circuit; Heat sink integrated on rear side for heat dissipation.
Working Principle AC input power is rectified to DC bus inside the drive. DSP chip receives motion command from upper controller, generates PWM signal, drives IGBT power module to output variable frequency and variable voltage three-phase AC to servo motor. Feedback signal from encoder or resolver returns to drive, forming closed loop control. Protection circuit continuously monitors voltage, current and temperature, shuts down PWM output immediately once fault occurs.
Installation Requirements Mount on cabinet back plate with screw fixing. Keep enough air gap around heat sink for natural cooling. Use shielded cable for motor power wire and encoder wire, separate from signal cable. Complete protective earthing of metal housing. Power on, perform motor identification and set servo parameters, test movement and protection function.
Usage Notes Wait for DC bus capacitor discharge before opening housing or disconnecting wiring. Do not run without motor connection. Do not modify internal power components. Clean heat sink dust periodically. Keep spare parameter backup.
