Functional Features Closed-loop position, speed and torque control for low power servo motor; STO safe torque off safety circuit; over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection; encoder signal sampling and processing; non-volatile parameter storage; fault log recording; digital and analog command input.

Application Scenarios Small automated assembly machine servo axis; labelling machine drive; small packaging machine positioning axis; rotary indexing table; medical automation equipment servo control.

Performance Parameters Operating ambient temperature 0℃ to +50℃; storage temperature -40℃ to +85℃; relative humidity 5% to 90%, no condensation; meet machinery functional safety requirements.

Material Composition Metal alloy housing with integrated heat sink; multi-layer power PCB; IGBT power module; DSP motion control chip; current sampling sensors; filter electrolytic capacitors; screw terminals for power, motor and signal wiring.

Structural Characteristics Compact vertical DIN rail module; power terminals on lower side, encoder and control signal terminals on upper side; internal separation layout between high-power circuit and low-voltage signal circuit; rear side heat sink for natural convection cooling.

Working Principle Single-phase 230VAC input rectifies to DC bus voltage inside drive. DSP chip receives motion command from host controller, generates PWM pulse to drive IGBT module and outputs variable frequency AC to servo motor. Encoder feedback signal returns to drive to complete closed-loop motion regulation. Protection circuit continuously monitors circuit state and cuts off torque output when fault occurs. STO safety circuit interrupts motor torque output once safety interlock triggers.

Installation Requirements Mount drive on standard TS35 DIN rail inside control cabinet. Use shielded cable for motor and encoder wiring, separate power cable and signal cable routing. Complete reliable protective earthing. After power-on, execute motor parameter identification and verify STO safety interlock function.

Usage Notes Wait for DC bus capacitor full discharge before disconnecting wiring. Clean heat sink dust periodically. Backup axis parameters before module replacement. Do not operate drive without matched servo motor.
