Working Principle: The drive uses space vector modulation to generate sinusoidal three-phase currents. The SynqNet protocol provides deterministic real-time communication between the host controller and multiple drives, enabling synchronized multi-axis motion with sub-microsecond jitter. The nested control loop architecture (current → velocity → position) ensures precise torque, speed, and position regulation.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount in a ventilated enclosure with ambient temperature not exceeding 40°C
- Connect SynqNet cables using shielded Cat5e or better Ethernet cabling
- Maintain minimum clearance for convection cooling
