Working Principle
The drive converts 115/230V AC input through a rectifier to DC bus voltage, then uses PWM inverter to output three-phase AC to the servo motor. The FOC (field-oriented control) algorithm executes current loop control with <50μs response, while speed and position loops provide precise motion regulation through PID algorithms. The drive continuously compares feedback signals with command signals to form closed-loop adjustment.
