Working Principle
The S22460 receives AC or DC input power, converts it to DC bus voltage through internal rectification, and drives the brushless servo motor through IGBT power modules. The drive’s digital signal processor executes current, velocity, and position control loops. High-resolution 24-bit encoder feedback provides precise rotor position information. The 800Hz velocity loop bandwidth and 3-5kHz current loop bandwidth ensure smooth motion and rapid response. The multi-protocol communication architecture enables seamless integration with various host systems.
