Working Principle
The S400406-A receives three-phase AC input power, converts it to DC bus voltage through an internal B6 bridge rectifier with integrated soft-start circuit, and drives the brushless servo motor through its IGBT power stage using space vector modulation at 62.5 μs cycle time. The cascaded digital control loops (current → velocity → position) provide precise torque, speed, and position control.
